Our commitment

Hairspray Studio does not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We never have, and we have no plans to do so.

What "selling" information means

Under various privacy regulations (such as California's CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), "selling" includes disclosing personal data to third parties in exchange for money or other benefit. At Hairspray Studio:

• We do not sell subscriber lists or contact details.
• We do not share your email with advertisers or ad networks.
• We do not take part in data-broker programs.
• This site does not use its own advertising tracking cookies.

Who we might share data with

Only where strictly necessary to operate — for example, technical providers hosting this site or delivering the newsletter — always under confidentiality obligations and solely to provide us their service. Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) process your data under their own policies when you interact with them.

Your right to opt out

Although we do not sell data, we respect your right to object to any processing. At any time you may:

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in every email or by messaging us directly.
• Request full deletion of your personal data.
• Ask what personal data of yours we hold.

How to exercise your right

Message us on Instagram or Facebook with the subject "Privacy — opt-out" and we will handle your request promptly. You can also do it in person at the Salon, inside the Sheraton Pilar Hotel & Convention Center, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
